I tend to go through phases when I have a little money extra to spare. At the moment its beauty products (over fashion) & I find myself wondering to the beauty isles instead of indulging myself in the clothing sales. I recently picked up a couple of items from the Topshop makeup range that I have been looking at for a while, and thought I would share them with you.
I picked up two lipsticks, the first in 'Brighton Rock' (left) which is a bright fuchsia colour with a satin matte finish. I've been really into the brighter, deeper pinks recently for nights out, and I can see this one being a favourite edition to my collection. The second lipstick 'Whimsical' (middle), is a peachy/pink nude colour with a velvet finish. They're both extremely pigmented & glide on so smoothly - I can't wait to pick up a few more shades.
The cream blush I picked up in 'Head Over Heels' is a bright peach/coral shade, actually quite similiar to the lipstick. I 'ummed and ahhed' about picking this up because I haven't been a fan of cream blushers in the past, but so far I'm really enjoying this one because it dries to a matte finish.

DeleteI really want Whimsical! I currently have pillow talk and Innocent in the Topshop Lipsticks. Blush wise, I own three..I think.. Neon Rose, Head over Heels and Flush. Ive actually hit pan on one of them which I was really excited about! haha
